What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Use your clinical judgment to modify treatment based on resident progress
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and community teams
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

What You'll Need

• Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state SLP license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Senior living or home health experience required
